The Ten Towns Committee exists by virtue of an Intermunicipal Cooperative Agreement. Each of the ten towns that make up the Great Swamp Watershed appoints a member and two alternates to the Ten Towns Great Swamp Watershed Management Committee. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Somerset County Parks Commission also have representatives on the Committee. A non-voting Advisory Committee provides a regional perspective.
The full Committee holds approximately 7 meetings per year, and the Executive Committee meets monthly. The meeting schedule can be found on our Meeting Minutes page.
Our consulting engineer, Princeton Hydro, LLC, is retained to prepare technical documents, design projects, analyze data, etc.
