Please take some time to study the  Strategic Planning document  . For those of you who attended the 21APR discussion, I think you will find this to be an excellent summary of the broad-ranging discussion. For those who could not attend, you will likely see topics that you had not thought about before.

We have a lot of work to do and a lot of decisions to make. We will begin the process at our 26MAY meeting with some initial discussions of priorities. Please be prepared to offer your suggestions and, more importantly, to volunteer to serve on an ad hoc committee or take on some other task to help us make the most of this planning process.
